“Where Movement Finds Its Balance.”
PhysioElements is more than a place to receive care—it is a space where you can step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself. Here, you are invited to slow down, recharge, and fully engage in your own healing process, supported by a community of individuals on their own unique journeys. Your destination is not just recovery, but a deeper sense of balance, awareness, and well-being. By integrating modern science, time-tested principles, and meaningful human connection, we guide you toward a state where you feel stronger, more aligned, and better equipped to live a life that is not only healthier, but more fulfilled—one that continuously reflects what truly moves you.
Nara Yoon, our founder, defines herself as a “creative soul in a scientific world”. Nara founded PhysioElements out of a desire to see clients in an entirely different way, other than the typical one-dimensional treatment offered by the vast majority of PT practices. PhysioElements was established to allow each client to be seen in the most effective way and the way they deserve to be seen-- one at a time, with the clinician’s full attention, without any assistants or aides, and with a treatment regimen specifically tailored to each client’s needs. Over the years, PhysioElements has grown not only in size but also in the offerings it provides to its clients, all the while maintaining its commitment to comprehensive, individualized care.

Name and Brick and Mortar Logo

The name PhysioElements comes from the knowledge that there are many elements necessary to keep one’s body “healthy.” The definition of “Health” as defined by the WHO in 1948 is: a state of “complete” physical, mental, and social well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The most current definition of “Health” is: the ability to adapt and self-manage in the face of physical, mental, and social challenges. (BMJ 2011: 343)
We strive to provide those elements or partner with the appropriate professionals who may provide those needs to help a person maintain their health in the best possible way.

Small Logo and #whatmovesyou
our foundation and philosophy

Our small logo is a reimagining of the Greek letter “Phi” (Φ); the symbol of the Golden Ratio and nature’s perfect balance. Nara selected the smaller, asymmetrical form of Phi to represent individuality and uniqueness. This symbol reflects our philosophy: everything is connected, and well-being is found not in isolated parts, but in the natural flow that connects movement, healing, and life itself. We aim to guide each person toward their own unique path to personal harmony, and this journey begins with a deep dive into #whatmovesyou. We prioritize exploring both internal and external drivers, recognizing that determining a truly meaningful task is a fundamental and necessary step in guiding all effective care.
#whatmovesyou is our most powerful emotional and philosophical anchor.

Vision Statement
To redefine physical therapy and movement as a deeply integrative, client-centered experience—where movement is understood as a connected system, and healing is guided by individuality, purpose, and lifelong wellness.

what makes us unique?
Are you getting the one on one attention that you deserve?
Have you had physical therapy for multiple weeks without improvement?
Have you finished your physical therapy program and feel stuck?
Should you join a gym or return to your regular routine?
At PhysioElements Physical Therapy, we care about your individual goals and your ability to perform the life activities and tasks that are meaningful to you. We believe that in order to achieve optimal fluidity and balance in movements, all systems (neural, myofascial, visceral, articular) must function in harmony. We assess the whole body by using the Integrated Systems Model approach in order to determine the specific driver(s) that is preventing you from experiencing better movements. A multimodal treatment plan is then designed, unique to each person and their particular challenges. We educate each client so that they are an active partner with the clinician in addressing their meaningful activities and tasks and achieving their personal goals. Each client is treated in one-on-one, 55 minute sessions personally by doctors of physical therapy. The clinicians at PhysioElements Physical Therapy have extensive training in various specialities and modalities, allowing us to treat a wide array of conditions. We are fully committed to keeping abreast of the ever-changing landscape of physical therapy and wellness in order to implement the most current, cutting edge, evidence-based techniques in each treatment session.
